About The Position

As we grow, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager III to lead large-scale signage projects from concept to completion. As a Project Manager III, you will oversee complex signage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This senior-level role requires hands-on experience in signage or construction project management, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to client communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in signage, construction, or a related project management role
Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, permitting, and installation processes
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software

Nice To Haves

PMP certification or similar credentials a plus

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of signage projects, from kickoff to final installation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Coordinate schedules, permits, site surveys, production, and installation logistics
Monitor budgets, timelines, and change orders to ensure financial targets are met
Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues
Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives
