About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to support work in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget, serving as a liaison for those managing design and construction and various City departments to ensure smooth project delivery. The Project Manager will assist in the sequencing and coordination of projects, utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient City review and approval pathways. This includes reviewing plans and documents, providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery. The position requires contact with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and representatives of civic, community, and governmental organizations. The PM will act as a primary point of contact for AECOM with primary responsibility for delivering projects, which will include being knowledgeable with the work of architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and other design and construction-related consultants. Responsibilities include overseeing and tracking project progress, attending regular design/construction project meetings, preparing meeting minutes and reports, conducting general administration and oversight of the design and construction process, reviewing designs for coordination and constructability, overseeing and documenting construction activities, and assisting in the review and recommendation of approval of invoicing and change orders. The PM will provide client support for active and new projects, assist with project, schedule, and cost management services, and support overall project management, project strategy, vendor selection, procurement, contracting, design management, and project turnover and closeout activities. The PM must be comfortable using Microsoft Project, PDF document management, and have the ability to learn client dedicated systems.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Client Drug Screen is required
