The Project Manager III is responsible for the day-to-day project management and quality control of major construction, renovation, and maintenance projects under the supervision of a Project Manager IV or higher designee in the Facilities Services Division. The employee works independently on projects, with work reviewed for attainment of goals and final outcomes. The employee supervises Project Managers I & II and various trade personnel, prioritizing their work. This position is a 12-month role, requiring 8 hours of work per day, and is exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor and Standards Act.
