The Project Manager III – Facilities serves as a senior-level leader responsible for delivering complex facility planning, design, and construction projects that support PSE’s operational continuity and long‑term asset strategy. This role drives projects from concept through completion with minimal oversight—providing architectural and engineering expertise, overseeing construction management and procurement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding quality, cost, and schedule performance. Acting as a technical advisor and cross‑functional partner, the PM III interprets standards, develops project budgets, leads feasibility studies, and mentors other project managers while ensuring that facilities investments align with organizational goals and operational needs. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
