The Project Manager II will play a crucial role in overseeing the management direction of one or multiple projects, ensuring that all objectives and policies are established and adhered to. This position requires maintaining effective communication with prime client contracts and monitoring both construction and financial activities through the administrative direction of the on-site construction manager. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing project scopes, schedules, and coordinating with various departments to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. In addition to project oversight, the Project Manager will be tasked with attending Purchasing update meetings for new projects, assisting the Purchasing Department, and resolving any issues related to Vendor Contracts, Bond, and Insurance Certificates. The role also includes expediting, reviewing, and providing quality control on shop drawings and submittals. The Project Manager will analyze projects to estimate overruns or omissions related to job costs, verify field dimensions, and ensure timely release of approved materials to suppliers. Furthermore, the Project Manager will coordinate installation schedules, review invoices, and maintain correspondence with customers, suppliers, and the Corporate Office. The Project Manager will also be responsible for updating the ISEC Project Control/Document Control System, coordinating with the in-house Logistics Department for deliveries, and preparing and tracking billings until payment is received. This position requires a proactive approach to managing safety responsibilities, promoting a positive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with ISEC Safety requirements. The Project Manager will also engage in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding service and accountability, while fostering strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, general contractors, owners, and architects.
