Project Manager II
About The Position
The Project Manager II is responsible for planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity from original concept through design and implementation to achieve division goals and objectives with minimal supervision or direction. Serves as a key enabler of process improvement activities with Pointcore system by leading people, process, and technology integration. Is responsible for adhering to department standards relative to project execution and performance improvement. This position will focus on performance engineering and redesign Top candidates will show prior experience with data collection/process analysis and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of managing projects OR Completion of High School/GED and 5 years managing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification recognized by the industry.
- Project Management within Healthcare industry.
- Experience with key OSF applications.
- Experience with business and information technology planning.
- Experience with application implementation and support.
- Experience with processes and their interrelationships.
