The Project Manager II is responsible for planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity from original concept through design and implementation to achieve division goals and objectives with minimal supervision or direction. Serves as a key enabler of process improvement activities with Pointcore system by leading people, process, and technology integration. Is responsible for adhering to department standards relative to project execution and performance improvement. This position will focus on performance engineering and redesign Top candidates will show prior experience with data collection/process analysis and root cause analysis
