The Project Manager II provides management oversight and technical direction for assigned field and/or task-level projects. This role assumes responsibility for technical execution, contractual compliance, administrative coordination, and financial performance. The position supervises project personnel and ensures successful completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining strong customer engagement. Requirements

  • Approximately five (5) years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising project personnel.
  • Experience managing technical, financial, and contractual aspects of projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Experience maintaining customer relationships and ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial components.
  • Supervise personnel involved in project activities.
  • Organize and assign responsibilities to project staff.
  • Oversee successful completion of assigned tasks within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity with contractual obligations.
  • Exercise independent judgment in resolving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial issues.
  • Monitor project schedules, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and performance concerns.
  • Prepare project status reports and performance updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual requirements.
