Project Manager 2 will lead multiple agile product development teams to establish and maintain continuous flow of business value with strong emphasis on Scaled Agile Framework. It is critical that this position works to lead a team through adaptive changes, iterative designs, and always alert through communication for ways to improve. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily: Coach scrum teams on Scrum/Agile practices. Designs and develops best practices, processes, and policies related to project management. Lead recurring daily scrum meetings. Conduct sprint retrospectives. Proactively manage changes in product scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Monitors, and reports on key performance indicators for product development activities. Effectively communicate business expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve business goals. Identify and manage dependencies and critical path to product launch. Conduct status reviews for executives. Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Maintain project management systems and documentation. Support product launches through procurement and operational activities. Other duties, as required.
