In this role, the Project Manager directs and executes a variety of account services, customer success, and project operations with strategic diplomacy. Position Summary The Project Manager II, under very limited or no supervision, is responsible for the execution and management of projects based on the agreed upon scope of work with the client. Projects may also include managing third party partners and cross-functional internal operational improvement. The Project Manager II is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships including understanding the client’s existing programs and identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios. The position requires a highly dynamic and adaptive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and can manage the needs of the internal stakeholders and business as well as the needs of clients.
