Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Project Management preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field
  • Experience leading small and large cross-functional project teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 10%)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant field
  • Comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization and external customers
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships

Responsibilities

  • Elevate critical business decisions to appropriate management boards and functional leaders
  • Serve as liaison between project teams and the Franchise Leadership Team (FLT), as required
  • Lead, coach, and support diverse and geographically dispersed team members
  • Provide performance input to cross-functional managers and directors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders
  • Develop cohesive, collaborative cross-functional teams throughout all project lifecycle phases
  • Direct and/or provide input on technical approaches to product design and process changes
  • Direct and/or provide input on compliance updates to processes and systems
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risk
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Apply PLCP lifecycle knowledge to deliver and maintain high-quality, high-impact deliverables
  • Utilize quality systems to ensure product compliance throughout the lifecycle
  • Actively review and recommend policy and practice improvements
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning input
