Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Project Management preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field
- Experience leading small and large cross-functional project teams
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approximately 10%)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant field
- Comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization and external customers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Responsibilities
- Elevate critical business decisions to appropriate management boards and functional leaders
- Serve as liaison between project teams and the Franchise Leadership Team (FLT), as required
- Lead, coach, and support diverse and geographically dispersed team members
- Provide performance input to cross-functional managers and directors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders
- Develop cohesive, collaborative cross-functional teams throughout all project lifecycle phases
- Direct and/or provide input on technical approaches to product design and process changes
- Direct and/or provide input on compliance updates to processes and systems
- Identify, communicate, and manage project risk
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Apply PLCP lifecycle knowledge to deliver and maintain high-quality, high-impact deliverables
- Utilize quality systems to ensure product compliance throughout the lifecycle
- Actively review and recommend policy and practice improvements
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning input
