The Project Manager II is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion in support of Community Health Services growth and integration. This role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects with significant scope and strategic impact using effective project and business management practices. Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday Location: Remote with travel.

  • Support growth and integration of Community Health Services across regions.
  • Coordinate/facilitate multi-disciplinary teams which include all levels of team members.
  • Manage projects with objectives including performance plans for Health Equity and Community Health KPIs, event outreach and communications, program development, enterprise standardization, operational excellence, program optimization, patient experience progress, and program evaluation analyses.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of outreach and business plans, timelines, and ongoing process improvements initiatives.
  • Use effective communication, relationship management, and collaboration to ensure deliverables are working properly and efficiently throughout the duration of projects.
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Embrace teambuilding and possess interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Flexibility with a desire to drive change from the business perspective.
  • Comfortable working in settings that present vague project parameters and capable of identifying tangible outputs to reach project implementation.
  • Documented analytical skills: must be able to quickly absorb and process large amounts of data to reach sound business conclusions.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: must be able to elicit the real issues and be adept at presenting ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to function effectively in an environment with multiple and fluctuating priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously.
  • Decision-making, project leadership, and consultation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare environment as it relates to physicians, medical group practice, hospitals, ancillary services, and insurance/managed care.
  • Graduate Degree preferred.
