About the role In a Project Management - Technology role, you'll be a key member within the Conversion Management team responsible for initializing the new bank, data center communication regarding milestones and conversion. Gather and manage conversion files, reports, and copybooks. Ensure hardware and software setup for end user training at the bank. Coordinate the setup and testing of batch interfaces. Develop the mock and conversion playbooks. Oversee the mock and conversion weekend activities based on the playbook.

Requirements

• Ability to work with cross functional teams to coordinate efforts to deliver key project milestones. Must have good organizational skills to manage and track key project milestones over the life of the project - example: file cuts.
• Effective communication skills to work with the Conversion team and across related business groups.
• Capable to troubleshoot and mitigate technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Interface List documenting requirements and testing.
• Data center memorandum for bank initialization.
• Input to the Readiness Review Assessment.
• System checks tested and in production for Readiness Review and Conversion.
• Provide input to the conversion summary/transition to support.
• Compose and execute Mock and Conversion playbooks.
• Track setup and testing of FIS and 3rd party interfaces.
• Oversee SNOW parent and child requests for the conversion.
• Manage SNOW change requests for data loads, mocks, and conversion.
