About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or High School Diploma/GED with seven years of relevant work experience
• Seven years of relevant work experience in project management
• Experience working on a construction site and knowledge of construction principles
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe Professional, and general computer software
• Proficient in Procore and Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Determine and define scope of work and project deliverables
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare project estimates and budgets based on project scope of work
• Manage engineering team and drawing development
• Provide direction over contracts and equipment vendors
• Coordinate installation of utility interconnects to facility
• Manage and communicate with internal resources to meet project objectives
• Manage project costs, construction schedule, and activities
• Manage bid processes, change orders, and processing payments
• Issue project updates regarding costs and schedules
• Assess project risks and manage throughout the project
• Identify at risk project tasks and develop mitigation plans
• Maintain process for filing project documents (electronic versions)
• Coordinate project communication/calls and distributing meeting notes
• Schedule and lead project commissioning activities
• Manage project close out process and document control
• Conduct post project evaluation/lessons learned
