Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Gantt charts).
  • Exceptional leadership, influence, and mentoring skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) is required.
  • Acts as a resource for resolving complex challenges and setting project management best practices.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours based on project needs.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification is preferred for candidates with 2 or more years of experience and required for those with 5 or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with teams across other departments within the organization to ensure the successful delivery of Laboratory Solutions and Robotics projects.
  • Work closely with project teams to review user requirements and define clear, achievable project deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and proactively manage implementation activities. Work with the project team to identify and mitigate delays to maintain project timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks early and collaborate with teams to develop strategies for managing and mitigating these risks to keep the project on track.
  • Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that priorities, deliverables, and timelines are communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Oversee post-delivery efforts, ensuring that all necessary closure activities are completed, including documentation, handover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build team knowledge and foster growth by mentoring peers and promoting knowledge exchange.
