About the role This team member will be a key contributor of the conversion project management team. This team member will manage the functional resources assigned to conversion projects. This role requires client facing with strong communication skills (both verbally and written.)

Requirements

Project Management skills.
Knowledgeable in banking and their operations.
Being able to analyze and synthesize how banks (clients) provide service to meet the needs of their market niche.
Possess problem solving skills to develop workarounds mitigating issues to meet deliverable dates.
Ability to prioritize issues and action items providing leadership to the conversion team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain conversion documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage the Functional Resources assigned to conversion projects. Applications will vary based on project scope and the discretion of the Conversion Project Manager/Conversion Program Manager.
Participation in Target Operating Model (TOM) and Business Processing Improvement (BPI) activities to facilitate knowledge transfer to the resource teams.
Participate in Solution Review. Includes cross referencing solution matrix, contract, and Miscellaneous SOW. Participate in creation of the scope document.
Manage resource requests based on project scope.
Assist Conversion Manager with developing overall project timeline and internal and external kickoff presentations. (Overall planning phase)
