About The Position
The Project Manager role will function as the liaison between ONE Gas and the selected Construction Management Company, coordinating construction processes to make sure projects are completed correctly, on time, and within budget. He or she is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish and required to conduct frequent site visits to track the progress and accuracy of each project. Excellent communication skills are required. A qualified candidate will have three or more years of construction management experience, the ability to navigate construction documents, and collaborate with architects/ engineers/ construction specialists, while being able to manage multiple projects at once. The experience level of the selected candidate will be considered and compensated accordingly.
