About The Position

itD is seeking a Project Manager – Content Management to support operational excellence across product security and cross-functional technical programs. This role will drive documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting workflows that enable efficient project delivery and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in project management, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a track record of producing clear documentation, executive-ready reporting, and standardized operational processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, technical writing, or a related field
  • Proven experience creating technical or procedural documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, or policy documentation
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency with collaborative documentation tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and workflow tools
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear written communication
  • Experience producing executive-ready reports, summaries, or presentations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools for drafting, editing, or documentation workflows
  • Experience working in technology, consumer electronics, or product security environments
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and documentation repositories
  • Experience facilitating virtual collaboration and structured document reviews
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder intake and request triaging, ensuring timely responses and coordination with subject matter experts.
  • Own project documentation lifecycle, including creating, editing, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, templates, and standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with research, security, and product teams to collect inputs and drive document completion.
  • Compile analytical reports and executive summaries to provide leadership visibility into program progress, risks, and improvements.
  • Facilitate structured document reviews and collaborative editing sessions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely approvals.
  • Develop training materials and knowledge resources to support internal learning and operational consistency.
  • Improve workflows and documentation systems by implementing scalable processes, templates, and knowledge management practices.
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
