Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The Project Manager II (PM II) serves as the tactical lead responsible for executing the project plan under the leadership of the PM I. This role bridges field operations and office coordination - managing procurement, change orders, schedules, and field documentation to ensure seamless project delivery. The PM II acts as the central communication point between the project management team, field operations, and trade partners, ensuring all milestones are met on time, within scope, and to Ideal Building Solutions' standards for safety, quality, and performance.
