As a Project Manager I at LogistiQ, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Teams, Sales Force).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, sales) relevant to the organization’s projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
• Task Management: Track and monitor project tasks, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress to senior management.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination across departments.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks or roadblocks and work with the team to develop solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Support in preparing presentations and updates for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
