Manage, plan, and coordinate activities of a project to ensure that the goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the allotted time and budget parameters. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the assigned projects, or sub-tasks Manages project supervisors/leaders assigned to specific projects Collaborates with project staff to outline the work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Manages subcontractors and their workforce Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget Reviews project status with the project team and modifies schedules or plans as required Prepares project reports for management and other stakeholders Works with project personnel to advise on technical issues and to resolve problems Education and Experience Requirements: BS in Engineering Related field and / or related experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiar with heavy lifting equipment capabilities Proficient in Office Suite Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with OEMs and contractors Good negotiation abilities Essential Mental Functions: Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Exhibits good decision making and analytical problem-solving abilities. Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills. Works effectively in a team environment. Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. Essential Physical Functions: Lift up to 50lbs. Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours. Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
