Requirements

• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage MAC jobs.
• Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work.
• Oversee Planner Board management.
• Place job "placeholders" on the Planner Board without technician assignments.
• Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery.
• Complete project closeout documentation and update systems accordingly.
• Manage job-related communications.
• Conduct kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling with customers.
• Submit billing requests.
• Forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead based on Promise Dates.
• Oversee project closeout and handoff to Service.
• Create NCCO quotes and submit them through NetSuite for approval (DOA).
• Adhere to NCCO SOP guidelines for MAC jobs.
