The Project Manager I is responsible for the management and oversight of the customer project, to include coordination of effort between the customer and applicable CivicPlus department. Must be able to complete a project scope, create a timeline, coordinate training to include preparing them for successful maintenance/operation and work with the customer/internal resources to launch a project within a specified timeline, project hours, and budget. The Project Manager I owns the “customer experience” and is responsible for facilitation of all communication through the phases of the project to ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects.
