About The Position

The Project Manager 1 is responsible for overseeing and managing various high-priority projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Projects Manager will identify project goals, develop timelines, allocate resources, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing project finances.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of special projects across various departments.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, assign tasks, and ensure resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies when necessary.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, address concerns, and ensure collaboration among team members.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure that projects comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
