About The Position

Our Project Managers lead the delivery of complex technology deployments for customers in industries like energy, data centers, and infrastructure. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and scope, and ensure that every customer sees measurable value. This role blends technical understanding, field awareness, and customer relationship management. Project Managers act as the operational anchor between our customers, Deployment Engineers, and internal teams — making sure every project moves forward smoothly and successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience managing technical or capital projects in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial settings
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project delivery models (EPC, CM, Design-Build, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel or be located on-site depending on project needs

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • PE license or technical background in engineering disciplines
  • Experience with shutdowns/turnarounds, large-scale infrastructure, or plant construction
  • Knowledge of regulatory and permitting processes (OSHA, EPA, local codes)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for certain projects

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning sessions, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Support the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Help coordinate resources for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports for review by senior project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
