About The Position

The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for managing healthcare construction projects within Ryan Companies US, Inc.'s North Region Healthcare Team. This role involves overseeing project teams, cultivating relationships with project owners, and engaging in preconstruction processes. The position requires strong leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget management, all while ensuring quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the Healthcare industry.

Nice To Haves

• Proven knowledge of working in hospital environments and ICRA protocols.
• Active involvement in industry organizations such as ASHE.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, and other management tools.
• Proactive and effective communication skills.
• Focus on customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivates and grows project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engages in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Manages Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes.
• Provides leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travels as needed for projects.
• Prepares and manages project budgets and schedules.
• Leads construction progress meetings.
• Oversees design development.
