About The Position

The Project Manager I. Psychiatry is responsible for supporting the Executive Director in activities related to the Department's operations. The role will interact with faculty, staff, Department Administrators, Clinic Managers, Clinic Staff, and outside resources. The Project Manager I. Psychiatry is responsible for executing special projects and gathering data from multiple sources to create accurate and comprehensive reports, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and assisting leadership with informed decision-making. Special projects may include the development and implementation of departmental business strategies, as well as the monthly reporting of the outcomes of these strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years' related experience or High School Diploma/Equivalent with nine (9) years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in data and research efforts.
