About The Position

As a Project Manager I or II – Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) , you’ll lead the commercialization process for cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Rockline’s strategic goals. You’ll be the driving force behind project execution — from concept to customer delivery — while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Project Manager I: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of project management experience, or 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in project management.
• Project Manager II: Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing project-related work and customer service is desired.
• PMP certification preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end commercialization process for projects of varying complexity
• Oversee product specifications, manufacturing transitions, and supplier onboarding
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor artwork and claims processes through completion
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and risks
• Foster strong client and team relationships
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Travel up to 20% as needed
