About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the Last Planner System and Lean Construction principles.
• Ability to assess risks to scope, budget, and schedule for small projects.
• Knowledge of health care construction building codes and regulations.
• Awareness of state and local building approval processes.
• Competence in project management techniques and software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with cost estimates and schedules for small projects.
• Good client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sutter Health in support of design and construction projects.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on planning, design, and minor construction activities.
• Serve as the medical equipment and accessory liaison among various departments and vendors.
• Participate in medical equipment planning and product standardization.
• Assist in the development of medical equipment scopes of work and schedules.
• Function as an equipment planner for designated projects and equipment selections.
