About The Position

The Project Manager I – Drilling Division plays a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of drilling and foundation projects that support PAR Electric’s transmission and distribution operations. This entry-level project management position works closely with field leadership and senior project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company and client expectations. This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with strong organizational and communication skills, looking to build a long-term career in project management within the power infrastructure industry. Salary range for this position will be based on experience: $85,000 - $100,000.00

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or field operations, ideally within drilling, foundations, or utility construction.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control principles.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with both field and office personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and managing drilling and foundation construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate field operations, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project flow and efficiency.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking to ensure projects meet financial targets.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, RFIs, change orders, and client correspondence.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with PAR’s safety standards.
  • Collaborate with field supervision to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with bilingual field teams to ensure clarity in project expectations and safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Promote PAR Electric’s culture of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Service across all project activities.
