About The Position

Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotech industry, is looking for a “Project Manager I - CDx Pharma Services" based out of Tucson, AZ. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility of further extension) Pay Rate : $40/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Experience with clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone achievement is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple small improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business -related initiatives from initiation through completion.
Manages execution of cross -functional plans and tracks progress of activities.
Facilitates cross -functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.
Tracks, maintains, and communicates project reports to stakeholders.
Responsible for data integrity of resource trackers and capacity charts, and ensuring their projects are in alignment with project management best practices.
Manages the CAPEX budget.
Updates and maintains dashboards.
Oversees and guides day -to -day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
Implements/pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
Responsible for the management of assays transferring to Penzberg.
