The Project Manager of Palliative Care Program Development is part of a team responsible for developing tools and technical assistance to support palliative care programs in care settings nationwide. CAPC works with external subject matter experts and palliative care leaders to identify best practices in palliative care program design and operations; the Program Development team translates these best practices into practical tools for dissemination back to the field. As a member organization, CAPC aims to keep our fingers on the pulse in the palliative care field, and to develop timely and practical resources to help palliative care program leaders solve challenges and pursue opportunities to grow and strengthen their programs.
