Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of construction and direct‑owner projects by coordinating technical, financial, and operational requirements from project kickoff through closeout. This role partners closely with sales, operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are accurately estimated, properly booked, and aligned with customer expectations and contractual scope. The Service Project Manager proactively identifies and resolves project risks, forecasts and manages costs, coordinates materials and installations, oversees invoicing and collections, and drives change order opportunities. They ensure all project documentation, engineered submittals, and schedules support productivity and quality outcomes while providing technical guidance throughout design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing building system support. Effective communication, leadership, and financial accountability are central to ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and performance goals while delivering long‑term value to customers and stakeholders.
