Arthrex Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our AV Technologies team. In this role, you will provide oversight through prioritization, planning, and successful delivery of Media Production and Audio-Visual projects for Medical Education, Product Management, Marketing, Human Resources and other departments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of AV Technologies. This position will be located at our Naples, FL campus.   • Work with departments and business units to develop project objectives.
  • Participate in planning sessions to define project goals and requirements.
  • Maintain project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and stepping in to assist with prioritization, decision making and resolving risks or obstacles.
  • Provide project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee completion of digital asset requests acting as the liaison between the requester, Marketing PMO team and other teams ensuring adherence to Arthrex guidelines.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to drive continuous process improvement initiatives; create and communicate compelling continuous improvement business cases.
  • Develop relationships with other departments to align on goals.
  • Explore and recommend tools to improve AVT workflows and establish best practices for project management in the AVT department.
  • Ensure project documents are complete and accurate.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Implement and manage project management systems and tools.
  • Resolve project issues and propose improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2 years of related experience required.
  • Knowledge of media production and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
