About The Position

The Project Manager, Human Resources is responsible for delivering service excellence through effective application of people, processes, and technology across HR and enterprise initiatives. This role leads projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards in alignment with the organization’s Project Management Methodology. The Project Manager partners closely with business owners, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes that support organizational strategy and employee. Demonstrates strong leadership, sound independent judgment, and a high level of discretion to effectively influence project teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful outcomes. Communicates clearly and confidently with all levels of the organization, including preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and comprehensive status, risk, and performance reports. Supports organizational priorities by proactively identifying issues, recommending solutions, and performing additional duties as required to ensure overall project and business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum one year of related work experience to include project management, project lead and/or management responsibilities required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills, and ability to plan and organize technical and analytical work.
  • Able to use project planning software, spreadsheets, and word processing software; input data, typing, copying, and effective use of the telephone.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills; Able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people and elicit support from other areas and vendors.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent planning, problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, analyze and interpret processes and needs based on limited information; organize work and resources; define problems and solutions; make recommendations.
  • Able to manage time effectively and plan and implement objectives.
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and respond courteously under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management tools for task tracking and team collaboration efforts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare software or systems required.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
  • Able to distinguish colors as necessary; write, hear, read and speak sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone; identify and distinguish various sounds associated with workplace; see adequately to read computer screens and written documents necessary to the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management preferred.
