Moss' Project Manager, HR PMO, will lead and direct high-visibility mission-critical and HRIS and HR initiatives that support Moss Human Resources. This role reports to the Senior Program Manager, HR PMO, and will work in a matrixed environment, interacting regularly with executive leadership, divisional staff, and external stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management and process improvement experience in a large/complex IT environment.
  • Experience with Waterfall/Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
  • High integrity, accountability, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent influencing, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong documentation and data management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with Workday implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resources, RAID logs, and budgets, following Moss' SPMO framework.
  • Utilize Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies to balance structure and flexibility.
  • Define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Allocate resources effectively, track progress, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior and executive leadership, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate project status clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, IT, and business teams to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct project evaluations to assess goal achievement, gather feedback, and identify lessons learned.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change requests.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability within the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
