About The Position

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. ADI combines analog, digital, and software technologies into solutions that help drive advancements in digitized factories, mobility, and digital healthcare, combat climate change, and reliably connect humans and the world. The P2 Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross-functional HR initiatives that support enterprise HR Operations, Strategy Execution, and transformation priorities. This role manages end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with HR, HRIS, IT, Process Excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. The role operates with moderate autonomy, managing projects and contributing to portfolio-level execution discipline under the direction of the HR Strategy Execution Manager. This role includes a 90-day probationary period focused on onboarding, learning, and gradual integration into the HR Operations and Strategy Execution environment. During this period, the Project Manager is expected to build a foundational understanding of ADI’s business, HR Operations model, and Strategy Execution priorities, become familiar with key stakeholders, learn and apply HR Operations project governance, tools, templates, and reporting standards, and support assigned projects under guidance. The probationary period is not intended to require independent end-to-end project ownership; success will be assessed based on learning progress, engagement, quality of support, and readiness to take on increased responsibility.
