What You'll Be Doing Lead highway construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards with proactive adjustments Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout project execution
