The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead large-scale civil and utility projects from initial planning through final delivery. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams—ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with the highest levels of quality. This individual will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee project schedules and budgets, and ensure all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects.

  • Lead planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects including sewer systems, water pipelines, storm drains, pump stations, tanks, and treatment plants.
  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, work plans, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company safety standards.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation including reports, permits, and environmental assessments.
  • Interface with clients, inspectors, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth project progression.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure performance standards are met across all phases of the project.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent field experience considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction.
  • Proven record managing large-scale water, sewer, storm drain, pipeline, pump station, and treatment plant projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil utility systems and infrastructure construction methodology.
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to visit active construction sites and conduct on-site inspections.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
