The Project Manager oversees all aspects of a project from initiation through planning, execution, occupancy, and closeout. This role works directly with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations, analyze solutions, assess risks, and track milestones to ensure a seamless experience. The Project Manager collaborates closely with internal teams (Account Managers, Designers, Account Coordinators) and external partners (Architects, General Contractors, Electricians, Data Vendors, and Installers) to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish - delivering a workspace that meets the client's vision and satisfaction.
