We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Manager - Governance to play a pivotal role in leading our AI4Ops journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and Operations Governance. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical standards, and operational excellence. This role is in Pittsburgh, US will be working on a hybrid basis. (4 days a week)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in governance frameworks, AI governance, or risk management.
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience building AI agents and driving business efficiencies through AI.
  • Proven ability to translate AI and digital tool impacts into clear business value and terminology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Experience with data visualization and transformation tools such as Power BI, UiPath, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide independent oversight and credible challenge to Ops AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance standards and industry best practices.
  • Review and challenge Ops AI initiatives to confirm alignment with benefit realization goals and operational priorities.
  • Co-develop an Operations Community of Practice, acting as both an AI triage model and a credible challenge function for Ops AI.
  • Monitor and evaluate the Ops AI Book of Work to ensure continued alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Partner across Ops platforms and functions to design a comprehensive AI data and metrics pack.
  • Lead training and awareness initiatives on AI governance within Operations to foster an AI-first culture.
  • Champion an AI-first mindset by digitizing the AI4OPS Governance Framework where applicable.
