Arthrex is actively seeking a Project Manager - Global Travel and Card Operations to manage assigned projects and optimize our global travel and corporate card programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in project coordination required.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel and expense operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the global deployment of online software tools for online booking, expense reimbursement, and card reconciliation.
  • Gather and assess project requirements and scope.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress to ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Coordinate updates and communicate with management through the project life cycle to address any issues or delays.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking action items.
  • Assist with developing, maintaining, and administering a Global Travel Policy that accommodates cultural and regional differences, with cross-functional coordination as needed.
  • Assist in the development of project documentation and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and outcomes.
  • Monitor travel expenses and assist with cost-saving initiatives.
  • Examine and refresh periodic reporting of key program metrics to Management.
  • Work with the Communications team to disseminate information to the organization.
  • Recommend process improvements; identify, create, and implement initiatives to maximize value and minimize cost.
  • Advise foreign offices in developing travel and expense programs/offerings/policies and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with global policies.
  • Track and analyze program progress and create relevant reporting and dashboards for actionable decision-making by the company.
  • Ensure compliance within functional areas and support the organization's overall compliance objectives.
