14418 - Project Manager – Global Gaming Technical Delivery (Hybrid) – Doral, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temp-to-Hire Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible conversion to direct hire. Required: Hands-On Project Management experience within IT or technology domains (5+ years); Business Analysis experience; Experience with Online project management tool; Experience managing IT projects related to data warehouses, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms; Experience managing complex technology projects across multiple global locations; Experience with underlying technologies including databases (DB), virtual machines (VMs), operating systems (OS), networking, cloud, and security principles; Experience with SQL for creating queries and performing basic data analysis; Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, MS Project, and Monday.com; Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations; Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements in technology projects; Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Preferred: Experience in cruise or casino industry; Prior involvement in building or scaling a PMO function; Engineering experience; PMP or equivalent professional certification. Responsibilities: Define project scope and objectives while developing detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocations; Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks; Create and manage test cases, coordinate testing activities, validate deliverables, and oversee defect tracking; Identify project risks, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly; Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to ensure clear communication across teams; Apply standardized processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and contribute to PMO governance standards; Manage release schedules and deployment plans while ensuring compliance with change control processes.
