Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the PM is coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget. The individual will oversee all aspects of the project, including bidding, managing contracts and subcontracts, scheduling, permitting, monitoring submittals and RFIs, customer billing, project closeout, and managing documentation on Procore, among other duties. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of groups, including co-workers, owner representatives, vendors, office personnel, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience estimating and managing projects.
  • Previous experience using Procore preferred.
  • Understanding of code compliance and quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with the creation of schedules and schedule updates.
  • Willingness to learn new computer programs and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with current customers while identifying and securing new customers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Provide solutions for customers while maintaining profitability.
  • Bid on projects.
  • Accurately set up project budgets and schedules.
  • Comply with all safety standards and codes as well as legal requirements.
  • Accurate subcontract agreements.
  • Visit projects regularly and provide input into means, methods, schedule as well as meeting with the owner and design team.
