About The Position

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for running multiple residential projects and to manage the owner, architects, consultants and hold subs accountable. Projects range from luxury multifamily, workforce housing and luxury custom home building. Projects range from $5M-$75M+. Compensation for this role is dependent on experience + truck/gas allowance + bonus. Company offers PTO, paid holidays, 401k, health, dental, vision and cell phone allowance.

Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years+ experience managing ground up residential construction projects successfully
• Desire to live in Bozeman Montana or the surrounding area
• ProCore experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Run multiple residential projects

• Hold subcontractors accountable
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
