About The Position

ENTRUST Solutions Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our Gas Programs team. In this role you will lead a dynamic team focused on natural gas engineering projects. We are an industry leader in gas utilities for engineering, design, upgrading, and maintaining natural gas distribution systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing budget performance, project profitability, client relationships, and quality control, ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring quality control systems for all assigned projects, assisting in the development and implementation of strategic growth plans for the Gas Business Unit, and tracking and communicating resource needs to senior leaders. You will also identify key talent and resources for the team, prepare and assist in developing proposals, and participate in client presentations as needed. This hybrid role involves regular site visits and client meetings in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities metro area, offering a dynamic and engaging chance to make a significant impact on the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years' experience in natural gas project engineering, preferably at an engineering consulting firm.
• General project management experience with ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and build client relationships successfully.
• Ability to commute to Minneapolis on a frequent basis.
