Project Manager, Franchise Implementation

As a Project Manager for Franchise Accounts at ServiceTitan, you will oversee the onboarding experience for our largest customers, specifically franchise systems and select multi-location enterprise customers. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for corporate leadership during implementation, developing and executing project plans to onboard all franchise locations to ServiceTitan. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage large teams, and effective communication of deliverables and timelines.
