Details about this Freelance Position: You must be an established Independent Contractor to be considered Independent Contractors located in the states of CA, CO, CT, NY, OR or RI only will be considered Up to approximately 180 hours per month The contract is expected to last until approximately year-end, but may extend This contract role pays $30-40 per hour dependent upon qualifications Scope of Work: The ideal candidate will possess a balanced combination of strong, project management and overall marketing skills with a solid understanding of creative direction, ad specs, video formats, graphic design, email, and content marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years marketing project management experience
  • Competence and confidence with technology platforms preferably with experience in: Slack Asana Airtable Google drive
  • Excellent organizational, time, strategic, management, writing and communication skills is required

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer knowledge of transformational content and online learning with focus on leading teachers, schools of thought, and market trends
  • 1-2 years remote office experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Project manage all marketing asset deliverables for online programs ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and meets a high-quality standard
  • Plan and organize marketing assets as needed for all projects and campaigns – organize and prioritize project requirements
  • Liaise between strategic marketing stakeholders, including product marketing leads and campaign strategist, and creative staff (internal and external) so the final deliverables meet our desired outcomes and guidelines
  • Proactively obtain and manage all necessary project details for each marketing asset project request, including reference assets, screens, resource files and previously created templates
  • Attend agreed upon meetings and scrums
  • Monitor problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure project timelines are followed
