Under the supervision of the Office Administrator and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Memorialization Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the lifecycle of memorialization products (e.g., niche and crypt plates, grave markers and monuments, personal columbaria, and cremation and memorial benches) purchased and sold by the Cemeteries. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and ensuring that all sales activities align with the mission and values of the Cemetery. The position is expected to use personal judgment in carrying out routine duties and responsibilities.
