Works with the Facilities Management Division to determine the project scope, develops a preliminary plan and determines project specifics such as cost and time of construction, project impact, etc. Responsible for managing and executing project tasks on various Facilities Management initiatives at Harper. Works closely with other support and user groups during the design, engineering, purchasing, construction, and start-up phases of the Facilities Management projects. Assures installations meet the needs of the College. Independently manages the execution and assures the timely completion of Facilities Management projects with minimal supervision. Responsible for Facilities Management projects that are both fulfilled in-house or via an outside contractor.
