About The Position
The Project Manager for the F-35 Sustainment PMO at Level 4 oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects aimed at improving F-35 fleet readiness. This role serves as a liaison between the program management office and relevant functional teams, ensuring that projects meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. The manager is responsible for assessing project issues and developing resolutions to exceed contracted performance outcomes. Additionally, the position involves developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and facilitating intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
